You look up to the blackened sky and see the tiny white dots coming closer to your face, they glide beautiful as the midnight sky and a full moon shines open you, making your eyes hurt but you smile and you feel the cold flakes gently land on your cheeks and bear hands as you stretch out your arms to the sky above seeing your hands.

you breath out calmly as silence settles in you, you suddenly jolt up as you feel arms embrace your clothed torso, you turn around to face the man with you, your brother for once his hair is straightened his brown eyes glisten and snow falling around him makes him look like an angel that had fallen to earth just for you, his smile is warming to the cold atmosphere that surrounds you both.

You cant speak to him, you had surgery not long ago, and until your throat has healed, you don't mind not speaking your not much of a chatter bug anyways.


You give a gentle smile back; his arm moves upwards you tense as his  warm hand comes in contact to you flushed cold cheeks, he looks into your eyes and you look into his.

"Nick... I love you." his breath is seen in the air his voice is rasp he must have ran around to find you here., you assume.

Your smile brightens and his thump starts brushing your cheek you lean into his soft hand, you grab his hand with your own and squeeze gently his eyes soften as he stares deeply into your own.

You mouth to him, "i love you Joe, i love you so much" slow so he can make out the words you said.

Somehow it feels like you know how he feels right now, and that he knows how you feel, like reading each other like a book.

You two don't speak, no words needed just pure adoration and small affections you two do this for is assumed hours.

suddenly you two are pressed to each other and his lips close to yours you feel his warm breath against your cold lips, it makes you feel nervous you heart is caught in your throat and the sickening feeling in your stomach the anxiety settling in quit pleasantly, that feeling spreads everywhere in your being.

You wounder how your trembling now in his arms, how can someone make you feel so weak? You wrap your arms around his neck and he, in return, rests his hands on your hips.

Then his lips touch yours and that feeling its indescribable, you wish you could tell him he meant the world to you but maybe its better to not speak words.

Just enjoy the snow falling, the moment of being alone like this its rare and with the incapability of speech it makes you cherish him just that much more.


You only wish something like this could last forever.
